Returns

The goods are accepted for return on the following conditions:

 1. In case you need to return any item, please contact us by email info.omarsel@gmail.com noting the ID number of your order and SKU of the returned item. Our manager will give you the instructions for return.

2.You may return eligible items for a refund of the goods within 14 days of receipt of the products.

3. Please check your items are eligible for return: the item must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled and with no smell of perfume, in new resalable condition and in original packaging.

4. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you need to replace an item you have purchased, please return this item to us for a refund and then place a new order for the required item.

6. We will inform you when we receive your return. Refund is made within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned items.
