Delivery

We deliver the orders to all EU countries.

Orders are sent from Ukraine with Standard International Post of Ukraine.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days after we receive your order. Delivery time is 2-3 weeks (depends on the country). You can receive your order at your local post office. Tracking of the your order is available at: https://www.ukrposhta.ua/en

Delivery to all countries is free of charge.

General Information

Deliveries from Ukraine to  EU countries and UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that O’Marsel sportswear cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.

If the client refuses the parcel delayed at the customs, we will take it back and return the cost of the goods to the client minus our return costs.The costs of returning in each case are individual and depend on the quantity of goods, their value and weight.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability. In the event that a stock error occurs and we are unable to dispatch immediately we will email you to advise you of estimated dispatch dates or of your choice we can return money for your purchase.
